The Three Cs of Our Relationship
"Client" implies confidence and consideration.
More than a decade of active engagement in the real estate marketplace, and in our community, has helped define what is meaningful to me and to my clients as their trusted real estate advisor.
I work largely by referral and have many repeat clients who choose to refer their family members and friends when a real estate professional is required.
Being a client means that we have a connection, and that you trust that your needs will be met. As a buyer, those needs include searching, fully evaluating, and acquiring property that suits you, with representation and communication throughout the entire process. As a seller, you want all your questions answered (where possible) and expect that your property is visible in every practicable marketplace through a variety of creative strategies and opportunities.
A broker's expectation includes the exclusive right to represent your interests for the purchase or sale of your property in a particular market. It is important that as broker and client we fully understand each other's expectations and honor each other as we work together and wade or march through the process.
A customer relationship, by contrast, is far more casual and does not imply the sharing of confidences or allow for a specially concentrated approach.
On either side of the the transaction table, I can assure you that your interests will be represented with clarity and full consideration. Our mutual understanding, connection, and confidence is the candle on the celebratory closing cake!
